I am incredibly passionate about what I do and what I have experienced to date and enjoy sharing that passion with others as a trainer, facilitator, and instructor.

In addition to providing workshops to an array of clients, I have also instructed college courses at Clarkson University, a leading research and teaching institution located in Potsdam, New York, as both a full-time and part-time faculty member. In this capacity, I weave creativity into my instruction as much as possible and consider myself a facilitator of learning rather than a teacher. My research interests mirror my professional pursuits, with leanings toward communication among groups and communities encountering environmental and natural resource challenges, and facilitative processes for group decision-making and reconciliation.
