You have reached Woods Ink, virtual home-base of Courtney Johnson-Woods. I am an independent consultant with an extensive background in public relations, from strategy and content development, to design, placement and promotion of multi-media projects, to serving clients in community relations capacities. I can work alone on small projects, or collaboratively with in-house team members or other external agencies and consultants.

Although my skillset is easily transferable to meet the needs of most organizations and industries, I have worked as a niche communicator focused on natural resource-based clients including producers of AG, wood, bioenergy and organic/natural products, b-Corps focused on environmental sustainability and CSR goals, and rural communities dependent on forests and waterways for development. With strong writing, design and social media skills, I can deliver on projects from conception to production to placement.

In addition to serving on the faculty as an instructor at Clarkson University, I am engaged in digital storytelling as a medium of research and promotion, and facilitate workshops in creative problem solving and change management. I am also a graphic designer, photographer and fine artist, which comes in handy on design projects.
